Psychoeducation: Thoughts that increase anxiety and lower self-esteem. Unhelpful, rational, neutral, and positive thinking.
Know your triggers: external and Internal triggers. CBT Model explained.
Exercises.
Day 4: Body
Psychoeducation: How your body reacts to triggers. Fight, flight, freeze. Mind-body connection.
How to calm your body down: tools and exercises.
Day 5: Behavior
Psychoeducation: How our thoughts and emotions impact our actions.
Behaviors that increase anxiety and lower self-esteem. Avoidance, digital overuse, substance use, over/undereating, self-harm.
Behaviors to reduce anxiety and improve self-esteem: food, sleep, exercise.
Day 6. Relationships
What is healthy relationship.
“Toxic” people: common personality traits, communication styles, and impact on you.
Boundaries. Assertive communications.
